His personality is sort of like one of those scared-y cats that tries really hard not to be afraid of things, so hard in fact, that his personality is misjudged and you think of him as arrogant blunt and childish, while being too stupid to think before he acts.
His intelligence isn't that top notch either, and he's rather clumsy and forgets to clean his fur on a regular basis which results in him becoming a little muddy or dirty, covered in grass stains, and stays that way until he's bored and notices the mess.
He's not really one to get angry very easy but if you say something to rub him the wrong way he'll try to defend himself but he's not very good at it, and usually spits back the same sort of insult you just said to him, not realizing the stupidity coming out of his mouth.
He was named for his tail, and how his coloring (when covered in grass stains to help add a green effect) slightly resembles a turnip.
is putting together, hopefully he makes the cut? I didn't exactly put the most detailed description of his personality above, but I can revise it and clarify if necessary.
