And with that, I suggest that IF ANYONE IS MAKING A COMIC ITS PROBABLY BEST IF YOU STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM A CITY. They're a pain in the rear to draw backgrounds for OTL

But, for some reason if you cannot avoid said comic-in-the-city, HEED MY WARNING AND DO NOT INVOLVE A CHAIN-LINK FENCE.
Seriously, that thing alone took nearly an hour.
